Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused products in their original luxury packaging and secure them in the shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
